Creole Spinach & Crab Cakes

  1. Mix stuffing mix, hot water and lemon juice in large bowl.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients except butter.
  3. Shape into patties, using about 1/4 cup crabmeat mixture.
  4. Cook patties in butter in large skillet on medium heat 5 minutes on each side or until browned and thoroughly heated.
  5. Serve with MIRACLE WHIP Salad Dressing or KRAFT Mayo Real Mayonnaise, if desired.
