Honey Plum Pudding Recipe
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. heavy cream
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 jar each candied cherries and pineapple, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Healthy pinch salt
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. minced dates
- Whipped cream
- Spoon into greased one-qt mold.
- Put on a rack in a kettle of boiling water, allowing water to come half way up around the mold.
- Cover and steam 3 hrs or possibly till done.
- Serve warm with whipped cream.
- Serves 6.
