Fluffy and Moist Cheese Steamed Bread
- 3 slice Sliced cheese
- 50 ml Milk
- 50 grams Cake flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 25 grams Sugar
- 1 dash Salt
- Tear the cheese with your hands.
- Pour the milk into a heatproof bowl, and add the cheese.
- Microwave it on the 'heat milk' mode to melt the cheese.
- Add the sugar and a small amount of salt (to your liking) and mix.
- Sift in flour and baking powder at once, and mix.
- Put cupcake liners (about 7 cm in diameter) in ramekins and pour the mixture.
- Steam for 10 minutes over high heat, and it's done.
- Double chocolate version
- A sweet and tart raspberry version
- A milk tea version
