Fluffy and Moist Cheese Steamed Bread

  1. Tear the cheese with your hands.
  2. Pour the milk into a heatproof bowl, and add the cheese.
  3. Microwave it on the 'heat milk' mode to melt the cheese.
  4. Add the sugar and a small amount of salt (to your liking) and mix.
  5. Sift in flour and baking powder at once, and mix.
  6. Put cupcake liners (about 7 cm in diameter) in ramekins and pour the mixture.
  7. Steam for 10 minutes over high heat, and it's done.
  8. Double chocolate version
  9. A sweet and tart raspberry version
  10. A milk tea version
