Hot Cranberry Wine Punch Recipe
- 1 quart. cranberry juice
- 1 - 2 c. sugar, to taste
- 12 whole cloves
- 1 lemon peel
- 6 - 8 c. water
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 quart. burgundy wine
- 3 sticks cinnamon
- Dash nutmeg
- Combine all ingredients except lemon juice and wine.
- Bring slowly o boil and simmer 15 min.
- Add in lemon juice and wine.
- Serve warm.
- For a stronger punch, add in a bit of brandy.
- Yields 4 qts.
