Spicy Sirloin Kabobs
- 16 ounces, weight Sirloin Steak
- 2 Tablespoons Beef Bouillon Granules
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 3 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 whole Green Bell Pepper
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper
- 1 whole Orange Bell Pepper
- 1 whole Purple Onion
- 1 whole Zucchini (small)
- 1 whole Yellow Squash (small)
- 24 whole Mushrooms
- 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- Cut the sirloin into 1 inch chunks and put into a Ziploc baggie.
- For the marinade add the beef bouillon granules to the water and stir until granules are dissolved.
- Then add garlic, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt and mix together.
- Pour marinade over steak.
- Seal Ziploc bag and roll bag until meat is evenly coated.
- Allow meat to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Cut peppers, onion, zucchini, and squash into 1 inch chunks.
- After meat has marinated place meat and vegetables onto skewers.
- Use a brush and coat each kabob evenly with vegetable oil.
- Heat grill to medium to high heat.
- Place kabobs directly on the grill for 12 to 14 minutes (this will give you medium done steak) turning often so all sides get done.
