Spinach Hummus

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If the hummus is too thick, slowly add in a little more water until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for no more than a week.
