Tuna Noodle Casserole
- 1 (12 ounce) can tuna, flaked (I prefer the albacore in water)
- 1 (15 ounce) can peas (or frozen ones)
- 8 ounces extra wide egg noodles, cooked
- 2 celery ribs, diced
- 1 large onion, diced (yellow or white)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- crushed saltines or Cheez-It crackers
- 2 (4 ounce) cans mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Combine all ingredients in casserole dish, top with additional crushed crackers or cheez-its.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
