Mexican Wedding Cookies Recipe
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 2 c. cake flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- Mix butter and sugar.
- Add in other ingredients.
- Stir nuts in last by hand, not in mixer.
- Roll in balls.
- Then flatten with a fork.
- Bake about 10 min at 325 degrees.
- Do not grease pan.
- Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
