Mexican Wedding Cookies Recipe

  1. Mix butter and sugar.
  2. Add in other ingredients.
  3. Stir nuts in last by hand, not in mixer.
  4. Roll in balls.
  5. Then flatten with a fork.
  6. Bake about 10 min at 325 degrees.
  7. Do not grease pan.
  8. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
