Beef Kabobs
- 1/4 cups White Vinegar
- 18 cups Lime Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Onion Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro
- 1/2 Tablespoons Salt
- 1/2 Tablespoons Pepper
- 1 pound Flank Steak Cubed
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Cut Into 1 Inch Squares
- 1 whole Red Pepper, Cut Into 1 Inch Squares
- 1 whole Onion, Cut Into Wedges
- 1 whole Zucchini, Cut Into 1 Inch Half Moons
- Mix the marinade ingredients together.
- Add cubed meat.
- Coat throughly and marinate for at least 2 hours, overnight preferably.
- If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 30 minutes before assembling kabobs.
- Remove meat from fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
- Prepare kabobs by threading the meat and vegetables onto skewers.
- Grill directly over high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
- Reduce heat to medium and grill for an additional 15 minutes.
