Tofu and Vegetable Kabobs

  1. Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix dressing and ginger until blended.
  3. Thread tofu and vegetables alternately onto 8 skewers; brush with dressing mixture.
  4. Grill 2 to 3 min.
  5. on each side or until tomatoes burst and tofu is heated through.
