Tofu and Vegetable Kabobs
- 1/3 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1 tsp. grated gingerroot
- 2 pkg. (350 g each) extra-firm tofu, well drained, each cut into 8 cubes
- 16 Japanese eggplant slices (1/4 inch thick)
- 16 zucchini slices (1/4 inch thick)
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- 4 radishes, quartered
- Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Mix dressing and ginger until blended.
- Thread tofu and vegetables alternately onto 8 skewers; brush with dressing mixture.
- Grill 2 to 3 min.
- on each side or until tomatoes burst and tofu is heated through.
