Turkey Meatloaf Italian Style

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the first 12 ingredients.
  3. Add the ground turkey and mix thoroughly with your hands.
  4. ( if you use a mixer, or over mix, your loaf will be tough) Place mixture in a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
  5. OR for a "crusty" meatloaf, turn on to a jellyroll pan lines with foil, and shape into a loaf.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
  7. Sprinkle the Parmesean cheese over the top and bake 15 minutes more, or until cheese melts and a meat thermometer reaches 160*.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes.
  9. Slice and enjoy!
