Bok Choy Recipe

  1. Rince bok choy in cool water.
  2. Cut stalks diagonally in 1" pcs and leaves into thin shreds.
  3. In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil.
  4. Add in the stems first and saute/fry, tossing, about 2 min.
  5. Then add in garlic, leaves, fructose, soy sauce and sesame oil, and continue cooking over high heat 2 min more.
