Moonshine Apple Pie Cocktail
- 1 1/4 cups apple liqueur
- 6 ounces apple cider
- 3 ounces moonshine whiskey (see cook's note)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 drops vanilla extract
- Store-bought caramel sauce
- Gala apple slices, for garnish
- Fill a shaker halfway with ice.
- Add the liqueur, cider, moonshine, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Shake well.
- Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of the caramel sauce into each of two pint-size mason jars.
- Add ice and strain the drink mixture over the top.
- Garnish with apple slices.
