Asian Dipping Sauce

• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 6 tablespoons fish sauce
• 6 tablespoons lime juice
• 2 tablespoons caster sugar
• 2 red shallots, finely sliced
• 1 teaspoon thinly sliced chile
• 2 teaspoons finely chopped coriander leaves

1. Mix all ingredients together in a jar.
2. Shake well.
3. Let flavors mix for about 30 minutes.
