Chicken Piccata Consomme Flavor

  1. Butterfly the chicken breasts and slice diagonally into strips.
  2. Put the chicken and ingredients marked in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the chicken for 10 minutes.
  4. Beat the eggs.
  5. Add the beaten eggs to the bowl from Step 1.
  6. Cover the chicken evenly with the with the mixture, thinly coat with flour, and then dip once more into the beaten egg mixture.
  7. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  8. Place the chicken in the pan and cover with a lid.
  9. Cook over medium low heat.
  10. When one side is browned, flip over.
  11. Pour any remaining beaten eggs over the meat.
  12. Pan fry until the meat is cooked.
