Chicken Piccata Consomme Flavor
- 2 Chicken breast (or tenderloin)
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 rounded teaspoonful Soup stock granules (Consomme bouillon powder)
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 dash Garlic powder
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 dash Rice flour (or white flour)
- 2 eggs Egg
- Butterfly the chicken breasts and slice diagonally into strips.
- Put the chicken and ingredients marked in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken for 10 minutes.
- Beat the eggs.
- Add the beaten eggs to the bowl from Step 1.
- Cover the chicken evenly with the with the mixture, thinly coat with flour, and then dip once more into the beaten egg mixture.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan.
- Place the chicken in the pan and cover with a lid.
- Cook over medium low heat.
- When one side is browned, flip over.
- Pour any remaining beaten eggs over the meat.
- Pan fry until the meat is cooked.
