Brenda's Potato Taco #SP5

  1. Warm up corn tortillas.
  2. Add 2 table spoons of cut potatoes in between tortilla.
  3. fold tortilla in half.
  4. Add toothpicks to edges to keep tortilla closed.
  5. Heat oil to 350 degrees.
  6. Deep fry Tacos for 3 minutes.
  7. Pull toothpicks out.
  8. Slightly open tacos.
  9. Stuff with Lettuce and Mexican Cotija Cheese.
