Eggplant Pakora
- 1 Green eggplant
- 50 grams Chickpea flour
- 90 ml Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Ginger (grated)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic (grated)
- Cut the eggplant into 1 cm thick wedges.
- Mix the "A" ingredients well to make the batter and dredge the eggplant.
- Heat the oil to 180C and fry Step 2's eggplant.
- When the outsides are crispy and the eggplant has cooked through, they're ready.
