Cheese Ball

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the pecans.
  2. Blend throughly.
  3. For easier handling, refrigerate mixture for about 15 minutes.
  4. Shape mixture into a ball.
  5. Then roll in nuts to coat well.
  6. Refrigerate until served.
  7. Serve with assorted crackers.
  8. Note: This can be shaped into any desired shape.
  9. In this case, just press the pecans into the cheese shape.
