Italian Spaghetti Meat Sauce (3 Points)

  1. Cook ground beef (or sausage), onions, bell pepper and garlic in 12-inch skillet over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until meat is no long pink; drain.
  2. Spoon meat mixture into 5 quart Crock-Pot slow cooker.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 or 9 hours or until vegetables are tender.
