Rouge-Ranch Steak & Mushroom Salad
- 1-1/2 cups PURE KRAFT Farmhouse Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup GREY POUPON Rouge Dijon Mustard
- 1-1/2 gal. romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 qt. arugula
- 1 qt. cooked bulgur
- 1 qt. grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 qt. roasted cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups red onions, diced
- grilled beef skirt steaks, seasoned, thinly sliced
- Combine dressing and mustard.
- Toss lettuce and arugula in separate bowl.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each serving: Place 2 cups mixed greens in center of serving plate.
- Top with 1/4 cup bulgur, 1/3 cup tomatoes, 1/4 cup mushrooms, 2 Tbsp.
- onions and 3 oz.
- steak slices.
- Serve with 2 Tbsp.
- dressing mixture.
