Rouge-Ranch Steak & Mushroom Salad

  1. Combine dressing and mustard.
  2. Toss lettuce and arugula in separate bowl.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. For each serving: Place 2 cups mixed greens in center of serving plate.
  5. Top with 1/4 cup bulgur, 1/3 cup tomatoes, 1/4 cup mushrooms, 2 Tbsp.
  6. onions and 3 oz.
  7. steak slices.
  8. Serve with 2 Tbsp.
  9. dressing mixture.
