Pineapple Souffle
- 1 (16 ounce) can pineapple tidbits (unsweetened and drained)
- 1 cup butter (melted)
- 8 slices white bread (torn into small peices)
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 14 cup milk
- Beat the eggs and milk, add the pineapple, butter and bread and mix thoroughly.
- Place mixture in a buttered casserole dish.
- Cook on 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
