Perfect Picnic Potato Salad with Eggs and Bacon Bits

• 3 lb potatoes, cooked until tender, cooled
• 6 hardcooked eggs, coursely chopped
• 1/2 cup chopped green onion
• 3/4 cup mayonaise
• 1 1/2 tbsp prepared mustard
• 1/2 cup Hormel real bacon bits, you can add more or less to taste. ( save a few to sprinkle on top if desired)
• 1 salt & pepper to taste

1. Combine potatoes, eggs, onions, mayonaise, mustard, salt, pepper and bacon bits.
2. Mix well and garnish with bacon bits & green onions if desired.
3. Enjoy!
