Dria's Country Chicken Cordon Bleu

• 8 kaiser rolls
• 8 chicken tenderloins
• 8 slices country ham
• 8 slices havarti cheese
• 8 tablespoons mustard
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tablespoon sage
• 2 tablespoons sea salt
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 2 tablespoons garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
• 2 eggs
• 1 12 cups buttermilk
• 2 cups peanut oil

1. Combine eggs and buttermilk.
2. Combine flour and spices.
3. dredge chicken through egg and buttermilk.
4. coat with seasoned flour.
5. fry in oil about six minutes on each side.
6. fry Ham in a little butter.
7. spread mustard on rolls and add cheese.
8. add chicken and Ham and enjoy!
