Singapore-Style Stir-Fried Spaghetti
- 1 Tbsp. gingerroot, minced
- 1 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. chili paste
- 5 each peeled and deveined shrimp, uncooked (21 to 25 count) Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- - red peppers, thinly sliced
- - fresh snow peas, blanched
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- - spaghetti, cooked
- 1/4 cup Kraft Oriental Sesame Dressing
- 1/4 cup canned bean sprouts, drained
- Saute ginger and garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 1 min.
- Stir in chili paste until well blended.
- Add shrimp; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir in peppers, snow peas, tomatoes and onions.
- Cook 2 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add pasta, dressing and bean sprouts.
- Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
