4-Cheese Mac & Cheese Deluxe
- 1 box (16 Oz. Size) Elbow Pasta
- 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Mixed Cheese Blend, Shredded
- 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Block Of Monterey Jack Pepper Cheese (sliced And Cubed)
- 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Block Of Provolone (sliced And Cubed)
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1 stick Sweet Cream Butter, Melted
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Parsley
- 2 dashes Your Favorite Hot Sauce
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs (or Panko)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a pot of boiling water add elbow pasta and cook per package instructions.
- Drain in a colander and set aside in a mixing bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl (microwave safe) add all 4 cheeses.
- Cover the bowl and microwave to melt it on 1 minute intervals.
- Stir and mix between intervals and return to microwave using 1 minute cooking intervals.
- Check and stir until its all melted.
- Add milk, butter, black pepper, parsley and hot sauce and stir well with a large spoon.
- Add cooked elbow pasta into cheese mixture and stir well.
- In a greased 9 x 12 x 3 baking dish, add mac and cheese mixture.
- Spread it out with an offset spatula into an even single layer.
- Add bread crumbs or panko to the top and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
- It is an absolutely creamy, cheesy, wonderfully delicious easy recipe!
