Apples-On-The-Bottom Cobbler

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Pour filling into 9" square baking dish.
  3. Dot the top with 1 Tbsp margarine.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Cut in the margarine.
  6. Work until dough is lumpy.
  7. Add the milk.
  8. Mix into pasty dough.
  9. Dab dough on top of apples.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and delicious.
