Chocolate-Raspberry Cheesecake Sundae Parfaits

  1. Beat Neufchatel and sugar in medium bowl with whisk until blended; stir in COOL WHIP.
  2. Break 1 cookie into each of 4 dessert dishes; top with Neufchatel mixture, remaining whole cookies and raspberries.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over parfaits.
