Italian Quiche

• 1 x pie shell (9 inch) deep-dish
• 5 large eggs
• 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
• 1/2 cup cheese grated
• 3 each smoked sausage links skinned, cooked, drained

1. Pre-bake pie shell.
2. Place sausage on bottom of crust.
3. Blend eggs and cheeses and seasoning.
4. Pour over sausage and bake 350F (180C).
5. for 45 min or until center is almost firm.
