Italian Quiche
- 1 x pie shell (9 inch) deep-dish
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup cheese grated
- 3 each smoked sausage links skinned, cooked, drained
- Pre-bake pie shell.
- Place sausage on bottom of crust.
- Blend eggs and cheeses and seasoning.
- Pour over sausage and bake 350F (180C).
- for 45 min or until center is almost firm.
