Broccoli Cheese Sauce Recipe

• 1 sm. jar sharp Cheddar cheese with bacon
• 1/2 diced onion
• 1/2 stick butter
• 1 can mushroom soup

1. Saute/fry onion in butter; turn in soup and heat.
2. Add in jar of cheese.
3. Watch closely so it doesn't scorch on bottom of pan.
4. Mix and heat well.
5. Pour over cooked broccoli spears.
