Matt's Prize Winning Steak Sprite Delight

  1. Cut each steak in half and dredge steak in flour and brown in 1/4 cup oil.
  2. Drain, then put back into pan.
  3. Mix all sauces together and pour sauces and sprite over steak.
  4. Add peppers, onions and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and turn down to low.
  6. Simmer about 30 minutes.
  7. Pour over cooked rice and serve.
  8. May be garnished with apple rings and parsley for a pretty presentation.
