CrockPot Chili
- 1 lb Ground Beef ( 93/7 )
- 1 tbsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tbsp Tumeric
- 2 tbsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 dash Cayenne Powder
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 can Black Beans
- 1 can Kidney Beans ( Light )
- 1 can Kidney Beans ( Dark )
- 1 can Pinto Beans
- 1 each Bell Pepper ( whatever color you like! )
- 1 each Carrot - shredded
- 1 cup Ground Flax Seed
- 1 each Diced Red Onion ( whatever kind you like )
- 1 packages Hillshire Farms Beef Sausage
- 1/2 cup Water
- Spray a good coat of no-stick spray inside your crock pot.
- Cook beef with seasonings until no longer pink and add to crock pot.
- Cook sausage and add to crock pot.
- Dice all veggies and add to crock pot.
- Add all cans of beans, flax and water to crock pot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours!
