Corndog Minis
- 3 to 4 Diced Hotdogs
- 1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 1 packages Roasted Corn (12 oz. bag)
- 1 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 1/3 cup Milk (or as needed)
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Grease muffin pan...this makes exactly 12 muffins.
- Set pan aside.
- Slice your uncooked hotdogs.
- Set aside.
- Steam your corn.Beat eggs and Add jiffy mix,butter,milk,sour cream, honey, brown sugar and cooked corn.
- Incorporate ingredients.
- Stir in diced hotdogs.
- After all ingredients are incorporated,fill your muffin tin with the batter.
- Bake in oven at 375 for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Top with honey and serve.
- Enjoy :)
