South-of-the-Border Pizza
- 3 qt. canned pizza sauce
- 2 cups TAPATIO Hot Sauce
- 16 each ready-to-use pizza crusts (12 inch)
- 3 qt. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 qt. Mexican chorizo, cooked, drained
- 2 qt. green peppers, chopped
- Mix pizza sauce and hot sauce until well blended.
- Place 2 pizza crusts in each of 8 full-size sheet pans.
- (Or, use 1 full-size sheet pan for trial recipe.)
- Top each crust with 3/4 cup each of the pizza sauce mixture and cheese and 1/2 cup each of the chorizo and green pepper.
- Bake in 400F-standard oven for 15 to 20 min.
- or until cheese begins to brown.
