Chicken Noodle Soup in a Hurry
- 1 (46 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 (12 ounce) can cooked chicken
- 16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 (3 ounce) package chicken-flavored ramen noodles
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 12 teaspoon ground black pepper
- In large Dutch oven, combine the broth, chicken and frozen vegetables.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are done.
- Break noodles into smaller pieces and add to pot, along with the seasoning packet.
- Add garlic, dill and pepper and let simmer 5 minutes longer, until noodles are done.
