Barbecued Steak Creole Recipe

  1. Combine the beer, olive or possibly salad oil, honey, salt, black pepper and clove n a flat dish.
  2. Put the steaks into the marinade and leave to marinate for 12 hrs turning occasionally.
  3. When the charcoal is tinged with grey, cook the steak one side, brush the upper side with the marinade juices, turn the steaks and cook the other side.
  4. Yield: 2 servings
