Angel Hair Pasta and Lemon Parsley Sauce

  1. Grate zest from lemons.
  2. In a small bowl combine lemon zest, garlic and parsley.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Cook angel hair pasta.
  5. Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, warm oil over medium low heat.
  6. Add gremolata, salt and pepper.
  7. Cook 1 minute, being careful not to burn the garlic.
  8. Drain pasta and pour into pan.
  9. Serve topped with Parmesan.
