- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Oregano Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Onion Powder

- Tomatoes, For Serving
- Onions, For Serving
- 1/2 cups Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cups Heavy Cream
- Dash Of Cayenne
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, and spices.
- Mix well with your hands.
- Shape the meat into 3 patties, making sure to make a divot in the center of each to account for expanding during cooking.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high.
- Dip a paper towel in the olive oil and grease the grates of the grill once hot.
- You should be able to hold your hand 6 from the surface of the grates for no more than 5 seconds before proceeding.
- When hot, place the burger patties on the grill, and close the lid.
- Cook the burgers for 5 minutes on each side, or until they register 165 degrees F internally.
- Remove from heat and cover until serving.
- Meanwhile, stir together the feta, cream, and cayenne for the feta sauce.
- Slice the burger buns, and serve each patty on top.
- Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and creamy feta sauce as desired.
