Fluffy Double-Raspberry Pie

  1. Place pudding mix, drink mix and milk in 20-qt.
  2. bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment (or in 12-qt.
  3. bowl for trial recipe).
  4. Beat on low speed 15 sec.
  5. or just until dry ingredients are moistened, stopping frequently to scrape bottom and side of bowl.
  6. Beat on medium speed 2 min.
  7. or until slightly thickened.
  8. Add whipped topping; beat on low speed just until blended.
  9. Fold in raspberries.
  10. Spoon 1-1/4 qt.
  11. of the pudding mixture into each crust.
  12. Refrigerate several hours or until set.
