Low-Fat Crust
- 1 cup wheat and barley cereal flakes
- 1/4 cup thawed frozen apple juice concentrate
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place cereal in food processor or blender container; cover.
- Process until finely crushed.
- Mix cereal crumbs and apple juice concentrate until well blended.
- Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake 5 min.
- or until lightly browned.
- Cool on wire rack.
