Low-Fat Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place cereal in food processor or blender container; cover.
  3. Process until finely crushed.
  4. Mix cereal crumbs and apple juice concentrate until well blended.
  5. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  6. Bake 5 min.
  7. or until lightly browned.
  8. Cool on wire rack.
