Grandmother's Cobbler Pie Recipe
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 1/2 c. fruit & juice
- Heat 1 stick of butter in baking dish.
- In bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and lowfat milk.
- (I use self-rising flour.)
- Pour batter mix into baking dish and add in the fruit on top (with juice) on top of the batter.
- The batter rises to the top as pie cooks.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min, not over 45 min.
