Roasted Beef Stew

  1. In a large baking pan, lay two big pieces of tinfoil crosswise.
  2. Put all ingredients in the center, sprinkling with seasoning and sauce.
  3. Seal completely with the tinfoil.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
