Easy Peasy Steak and Pasta Skillet
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 8 ounces uncooked dititlini pasta
- 1 lb boneless sirloin steak, cut ito bits
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
- 6 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 12 cup zesty Italian dressing
- Cook pasta til aldente.
- brown meat in a small skillet.
- stir everything else but cheese in and simmer ten minutes.
- Top with cheese.
