Mexican Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 16 ounces, weight Salsa (whatever Kind You Like - Chunky Is Better Than Wetter)
- In a baking dish, mix all the ingredients together.
- Place in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes, until it gets nice and bubbly.
- Great with corn chips, crackers, cut veggiesanything, really.
- Then eat!
