Cranberry-Maple Sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients in heavy large saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil, stirring often.
  3. Reduce heat to medium; simmer until cranberries pop, stirring often, about 12 minutes.
  4. Transfer to bowl.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. (Can be made 5 days ahead.
  7. Cover; chill.)
