- Bring water to a boil in a big pot, and pour in the pasta.
- Let it cook according to the directions on the package.
- Slice/chop the veggies and mushrooms and put them in bowls for easy use.
- Brown the minced meat.
- You can use turkey or chicken mince if you want to.
- When the meat is done, scoop it out and put aside.
- Leave the grease in the pan, youll use it to fry your veggies.
- Pour in all the veggies except for the mushrooms in the pan.
- Stir fry till almost done, then add the mushrooms and stir.
- When the veggies are done, take them out and put aside.
- Pour the sauce in the pan we just used.
- I bought a ready-to-use spice sauce.
- Im lazy like that, hahaha.
- To spice it up some more, Ive put some extra Sambal in the sauce.
- Sambal is a kind of chili paste that is popular in the Netherlands.
- Once the sauce it the way you like it, add the minced meat.
- While the meat in the sauce is heating up, add the veggies to the pasta.
- Stir the veggies in with the pasta.
- Now add the sauce to the pasta and stir it through.
- If you want, you can also add the meat and veggies to the sauce, and serve the pasta with the sauce on top.
- But ... this pasta dish isnt complete if it isnt topped with the best cheese.
- So top your pasta with some Grana Padano.
- Enjoy!
