Smoky Bacon Pork Chops

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking sheet with foil and spray a little nonstick cooking spray on the foil.
  2. Season pork chops with mesquite seasoning; place on baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl combine cheese, onions, bacon and mayo.
  4. Then spread cheese mixture evenly over pork chops.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes then turn oven heat to broil and cook for about 3 more minutes or until pork chops brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and dig in.
