Charred Sugar and Chili Salmon, GF

  1. mix all the seasonings together
  2. press salmon fillets into seasoning on one side
  3. heat oil in a nonstick skillet on high
  4. place fillets in oil season side down for approximately 2 minutes and then carefully flip the fillets, reduce heat and continue to cook approximately 5 to 6 minutes until the fish is about 95 % opaque

salmon filets, sugar, chili powder, cayene, cumin, paprika, salt, mustard, oil
