Charred Sugar and Chili Salmon, GF
- 6 each salmon filets
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cayene
- 1/2 tbsp cumin
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 2 oz oil
- mix all the seasonings together
- press salmon fillets into seasoning on one side
- heat oil in a nonstick skillet on high
- place fillets in oil season side down for approximately 2 minutes and then carefully flip the fillets, reduce heat and continue to cook approximately 5 to 6 minutes until the fish is about 95 % opaque
