Peach Crisp Mix In A Pint Jar

  1. Place first 5 ingredients into a medium bowl.
  2. Blend with a whisk.
  3. Place mixture into a zipper sandwich bag.
  4. Place can of peaches into a wide mouth pint size canning jar.
  5. (Use a new jar- not one that has ever been canned in or cooked in before.)
  6. Place bag of mix into jar on top of can.
  7. Screw lid onto jar.
  8. Decorate jar and attach a recipe card with the following instructions.
  9. Remove contents of jar.
  10. Empty mix into a medium bowl.
  11. Add 2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) melted butter to dry mix.
  12. Mix until crumbly.
  13. Spray inside of jar with cooking spray.
  14. Placr undrained peaches into jar.
  15. Sprinkle crumbly mix into jar on top of peaches.
  16. DO NOT PLACE LID ON JAR.
  17. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes.
  18. (To bake, place jar in a small shallow baking dish to keep it balanced in the oven.)
  19. Use hot pads to remove from oven.
  20. Serve warm or cold.
  21. Serve plain or with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
