Asian Stir Fry Recipe
- 6 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 3/4 tsp Galric pwdr
- 2 1/4 tsp Intant beef boullion granules
- 3/4 tsp Onion pwdr
- 6 Tbsp. Wine vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. Water
- 1 1/2 tsp Grated fresh ginger
- 3/4 c. Soy sauce
- 3/4 c. Dark corn syrup
- 2 2/3 c. Water
- Makes about 5 c.
- Combine cornstarch,garlic pwdr,bouillon granules,and onion pwdr.
- Use a whisk to stir in vinegar, 6 Tbsp.
- water and ginger till cornstarch is dissolved.
- stir in soy sauce, corn syrup and 2 2/3 c. water.
- Pour into a 5 c. container.
- Store in refrigerator and use withiin 4 weeks.
- Stir well before using.
