Sparkling Strawberry Ice

• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries in syrup, partially thawed
• 3/4 cup boiling water
• 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1-1/2 cups cold club soda

1. Blend strawberries in blender until smooth.
2. Add boiling water to combined dry gelatin mix and sugar in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
3. until completely dissolved.
4. Add strawberry puree and club soda; mix well.
5. Pour into 9-inch square pan.
6. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
